KOL is sponsored by Cambodia Health and Smile Organization which is an NGO
founded by Dr. Ruan of Peng-Hu Dental Association. The classroom is in a building donated by a Japanese NGO. Many parents from the area didn’t pay much attention to
their children’s education. The situation is improving as the school principal and
teachers work hard to persuade parents to bring their children to the learning center.
